School Registration is Open

We will be hosting registration on August 8th through August 10th from 8 am to 12 pm. We will host an afternoon registration session on Friday, August 11th from 12 pm to 5 pm.

Things to Bring to Registration:

  • Current physical
  • Current Immunization records
  • Current address and contact information for all Parents/Guardians
  • Current address and contact information for all Emergency Contacts
  • A list of all special diet restrictions and allergies

Translation & Interpretation services will be provided

If you would like to prepare your enrollment forms prior to registration please print the forms linked below. Please note that each form is a fillable pdf that can be typed into using a computer. If you don’t want to type into the form, just print it out and fill in the information using a pen.

Our Parent Handbook is also a very valuable resource for understanding the basic rules & regulations parents are expected to know.
