The front office will open on Monday, August 6. We will be available to answer questions and provide student IDs for online registrations. You may also email me  starting today at annalisa_salvidar@dpsk12.net and I will send you your child’s student ID,  please be sure to include your student’s full name in the request. 

ECE Families:

• Turn in child’s Immunization Record
• Turn in child’s General Health Appraisal/Statement of Health
• ECE Parent Forms Packet – we will have printed copies available at registration 
• Proof of birth/age (if not already submitted – email will be sent to families missing this document)
• Turn in any required medication along with required documents
